User Friendly, the annual conference of UX professionals in China, has long been in the center of attention at home and abroad and dedicated to promoting the development of UX profession. With the intention to promise guests a “warm, considerate, dedicated and professional” experience on the tightly-scheduled 3-day conference, the Organizing Committee of User Friendly is now recruiting conference volunteers from among university students who, it is hoped, will add color to the conference itself by giving full play to the dedication of volunteers and by integrating the quintessence of user experience into the organization and service of the conference.

Volunteers, responsible for reception, schedule guide, counseling and office work on the conference, are required to fully attend the conference from Nov 06 to Nov 09, 2019 with no less than 40 working hours and to cooperate with the Organizing Committee. In order to familiarize them with conference operation and the concept of team work, all volunteers must be trained and assessed before assuming roles on the conference.
